Which products can I return ?
If you are unhappy with the product received or need a size change, you can request a return for it within 15 days from the date of delivery. However, in the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. Some products like masks & inner wear can not be returned.
How can I initiate a return ?
You can initiate a refund from your Orders page, after the completion of the order or by contacting our team. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non- serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self ship the product(s).
Is there any charge for Returns ?
No, eligible returns are free of charge. However, any charges such as COD, Transaction or Shipping during the initial order will not be refunded. Charges beyond Rs. 100 in case of self-ship will not be refunded as well.
What is the return & refund timeline?
Provided you initiate a valid refund, we will work towards clearing your refund within 10-15 days from the date of pickup. In case of self-ship, we will clear the refund within 7 days of receipt of goods.
What is my eligible amount of refund ?
You are eligible to get the full amount charged for the product minus any COD, Transaction and Shipping charges. Note: In case you received any discounts during purchase, You will only receive the exact amount paid for the product.
What extra steps can I expect in the process ?
Our goal is to make your access to the store easy and convenient. Once you initiate a refund, we will contact you and take the relevant details. The refunds will be initiated in the account used for payment.
