I started my journey from a bustling town, the Silk City of Bhagalpur. Known for its expert craftsmanship of Silks, the city and time spent on its many workshops, factories and stores gave me an exposure into the world of fabrics.
In my early twenties, I came to Kolkata, to further carve my niche in the world of fashion, a journey that has never stopped teaching me, once in these 30 years.
Design for me, implies the audacity of control. The power, to shape reality in a mold of my choosing. In a world, for which, we are so insignificant, design is a massive source of power.
While, the perception of beauty is subjective, my love for aesthetics and unyielding want for expression drives me and helps me, to serve Indie Stylery. However, I would truly be amiss if I don’t share the limitless support my family and friends constantly provide me with.
