How can I avail discounts ? Can I club different coupons ?
We have discounts and sales often and we post details on our Facebook and Instagram pages. We also offer discounts to our newsletter subscribers from time to time. You can subscribe by entering your email address at the bottom of this page. We also distribute coupons to our customers from time to time, you can redeem these coupons by entering the coupon code on the Shopping Cart page before checking out with your order.
What are the payment methods available ? What to do if my payment fails ?
We offer Cash On Delivery, Online Payment via Credit & Debit Card, Netbanking and UPI. We do not store these credentials on our server but outsource to much more secure systems of Razorpay & CCAvenue.
In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:
- Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
- If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days
Manufacturing & Delivery
Where are our products made ? Anything different about the process ?
All our products are made in India. This includes the fabric, the stitching & dyeing, printing and packaging. We use sustainable manufacturing employing the latest and cutting-edge equipment, ensuring quality and reducing wastage. Apart from deliveries outside Kolkata
How long will the delivery take? How can I track my order?
Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 2-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email, SMS, and Whatsapp notification will be sent with a link.
ordering & cancellation
How and when can I cancel my order? How will I get a refund?
We allow cancellation of orders before the products are shipped by us. After that, you have to initiate a return. You can initiate a return from your account page, or by contacting our team.
With regards to refunds, you will receive the full amount paid including shipping charges if the order is cancelled before shipping. The same will be credited within 2-3 days. However, note that any transaction charges will not be refunded.
How can I change or modify my order ?
Any additions, subtractions or modifications to your order can be done easily by contacting our team. Note, these can only be done before the products are shipped. After that, a return or a separate order needs to be generated.

What are some of the care instructions for our products?
Our products are made from premium quality material, with the upmost care to ensure longevity. However, do keep in mind
- We recommend hand washing your t-shirts inside-out in cold water to experience the highest durability
- If machine washing, wash inside-out in cold water on gentle/normal cycles
- Wash with like colours as garments may experience normal colour bleeding
- Do not iron the print
- Do not bleach or tumble dry at high temperatures
